Litmus Facilitators, the catalyst behind the spectacular WorldSkills Asia Abu Dhabi 2023. Our three-month venture was a fusion of artistic expression, scientific precision, and technological innovation, aimed at creating an unforgettable event.
Event Overview:
Within a sprawling 21,562-square-foot canvas, Litmus Facilitators orchestrated an artful spectacle, setting up the event space in a seamless 48 hours. From meticulous planning to flawless execution, our team embraced the role of catalysts, steering event management, production, and show curation for a truly immersive experience.
The Opening Ceremony Extravaganza:
Picture an event where every element – from actors and music to content production – converges in a harmonious symphony. Litmus Facilitators, acting as catalysts of creativity, meticulously managed every detail, including the awe-inspiring flag parade, immersive ground management, and VIP coordination, setting the stage for a mesmerizing event.
Competition Area:
The beating heart of WorldSkills Asia Abu Dhabi 2023 resonated within the purpose-built competition area, a fusion of artistry and science accommodating 28 diverse skills. With over 1200 immersive attendees from 30+ participating countries, the event became a global celebration of skill, culture, and camaraderie, with 158 competitors engaging in a tech-infused competition over three days.

Closing Ceremony Grand Finale :
As the curtains descended on this artful experience, Litmus Facilitators, the catalysts of innovation, took center stage for the closing ceremony. The grand finale featured an award show honoring 70+ deserving awardees, complete with cutting-edge special effects
