Litmus Facilitators, the architects of memorable experiences, partnered with Ethara to create to create an immersive cultural Fanzone at the ADGP for the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi. Strategically located near the Paddock Club entrance, this activation space of 500sqm was designed to showcase the rich cultural tapestry of Abu Dhabi to a global audience.
Activation Highlights:
- Gahwa Coffee Service:
Litmus Facilitators orchestrated a traditional Gahwa coffee service, offering a taste of authentic Emirati hospitality to racing enthusiasts. - Ayalla and Local Performances:
The Fanzone came alive with Ayalla and local performances, providing a captivating glimpse into the vibrant traditions and culture of the UAE. - Henna Painting:
Enthusiasts were invited to experience the artistry of henna painting, an ancient tradition that beautifully adorns the skin with intricate designs. - Saddu Artisans:
Live saddu artisans demonstrated the meticulous craft of making traditional saddu, showcasing the heritage and craftsmanship of the region. - Traditional Attires:
Guests had the opportunity to try and wear local UAE dresses, including the elegant abaya and other accessories, immersing themselves in the cultural attire. - Live Calligrapher:
A live calligrapher added an artistic touch, creating personalized artworks and celebrating the beauty of Arabic calligraphy. - Traditional Souq:
A small set of traditional souq was set up, showcasing the rich spices of the UAE, providing a sensory journey through the region's vibrant flavors.

The concept "Heritage Harmony" is a curated fusion of tradition and contemporary chic, strategically designed for the ADGP Fanzone. Rooted in the rich cultural tapestry of Abu Dhabi, this concept envisions an immersive experience where every element harmonizes tradition with modernity, creating a space that captivates both the senses and the lens of social media.
The design was thoughtfully crafted to be visually arresting by using traditional textiles, patterns, vibrant décor and materials ensures a profound connection to the region's heritage, establishing an immersive atmosphere that resonates with cultural authenticity and turning each corner of the space to an Instagram-worthy tableau.
